FAQ
Questions we hear every week
Still have one? Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll answer in your language.
Yes, within an agreed scope. We build LHDN MyInvois integrations: TIN validation and e-Invoice-ready billing profiles already run on our own platform, and submission from your ERP or accounting system is scoped per project. What is included is confirmed in the proposal.
Do you build e-commerce platforms?
Yes. Dynasty Game Store, a live game top-up and voucher platform, is our own product. We build storefronts with wallet and checkout, reseller Open APIs with webhooks, supplier and marketplace integrations, and the back office behind them.
Do you have your own products?
Yes, three. Dynasty Game Store is a live game top-up and voucher platform we have built and run since 2023. Fivooo is our back-office platform for multi-outlet F&B businesses — sales, inventory, purchasing and staff across all outlets with one login — live in production. Forge is our ERP for SME manufacturers and trading companies — sales, purchasing, inventory, light manufacturing and the full ledger in one system — also live in production. All three are built by the same team that delivers client projects, including multi-year enterprise systems we can't show in detail.
Are you a product company or a services company?
Both. Our own products prove what our team can build and run in production. Most of our work is custom systems, integrations and ERP projects for clients, built by that same team.
Will you push me to use your own products?
No. We recommend what fits your business, whether that is a custom build, an integration with what you already use, or one of our products. Our products are there as proof of what we can build.
Can you migrate data from our current software or Excel?
Yes. We map and import customers, suppliers, items, stock balances and opening balances, then reconcile the results with you before go-live.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on scope. A standard accounting setup can go live in weeks; a multi-module ERP with customisation and migration takes longer. You get a clear timeline in the proposal.
How is pricing structured?
Every project is quoted after the free consultation, based on scope: software, setup, customisation, migration and training are itemised so you see the full picture before committing to anything.
What support do we get after go-live?
A local helpdesk via phone, WhatsApp and email in English, Chinese or Malay, plus regular health checks and improvements as you grow.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first session is free and without obligation. We review your current setup and recommend a next step, even if that is not us.
Ready to stop fighting your spreadsheets?
Tell us where it hurts. We'll review your current setup and show you what one connected system looks like for your business.
